GUARANTEE
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
DELIVERY
Delivery within Australia is by Australia Post. Default delivery option is by Australia Post Express satchel. For bulky items delivery may be by Parcel post of Express parcel post and in some circumstances by courier services as appropriate.
Orders will be shipped once all items are in stock. If split deliveries are required the customer will be charged for all shipping.
PRICING
All prices displayed in the store are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are GST inclusive. Pricing is effective from 1st August 2019 and subject to change without notice.
RETURNS
No products will be returned without written approval of the company. Unapproved returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.
